Dear AMA students & parents, 
 
September was a very busy month, and we are very pleased to have it ended with Mr James Guan's extraordinary performance of all 24 Chopin Etudes with many great reviews! This month will be just as busy as we are approaching a new school term with extra AMA Theory classes and AMACO rehearsals, we are also accepting new applications for AMACO and our brand new AMACO Junior program. Followed is updates of coming up concerts and events in October!

07/10- Moon Festival Concert
AMACO has been invited by MP David Coleman to perform at the Moon Festival Event on Saturday October 7. This festival is held for the local community at Club Central in Hurstville with The Treasurer of Australia,  Hon Scott Morrison MP as the special guest. Parents are welcome to come and join us!
The event will run from 10:30am-12pm. 
 
 
04/10 Theory Classes commencing this week!
Classes for theory commences this week! 
Wednesday 7pm-8pm
Friday 6pm-7pm
Reports and mark will be distributed in class.
 
 
14/10- AMA Young Artist Recital Series - Joshua Zhi
10 year old Joshua Zhi is in prepare for his upcoming international competition in Germany, he has started the piano at a very early age and won numerous awards over the past few years, currently learning under AMA’s Patron, Chairman of the keyboard section from the Conservatorium of music of Sydney, Dr Paul Rickard-Ford. Joshua will be perforamcing a selection of pieces from his competition repertoire at Arco Music Academy! More details please check our facebook page and reserve your seats now!
 
 
Congratulations to AMA Staff!
Our piano teacher Mr Ting Hsu has just won the 1st prize and Arthur Rubinstein prize at the 3rd Marbella international piano competition in Spain! Bravo Ting!
Also a big cheer to our violin teacher Ms Li Gu and conductor Mr Shilong Ye who have been invited to perform in Taiwan! All the best to you both!
