Violin & Viola
We have more than 60 students currently studying the violin at Arco Music Academy. Our violin students also have an option to gain experience in playing the viola in chamber or orchestral music. There is also a small number of students for whom the viola is their principal instrument, in most cases having previously studied the violin. Our violin and viola students can have up to 3 lessons a week.
Cello
Arco Music Academy’s cellists all receive, at a minimum, one hour of tuition per week from their principal teacher and most are a part of one of our many orchestral programs.
Double Bass
Arco Music Academy’s double bass program is relatively new. Students enrolled in this program will receive at least an hour lesson a week and are strongly encouraged to join our orchestral programs!
